Welcome to The Driveasy Training Lab Driving School in Bhubaneswar. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By enrolling in our driving school, you agree to adhere to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Enrollment and Fees
Eligibility: Students must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license.
Enrollment Process: Complete the enrollment form and submit the necessary documents. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the fees.
Fees: Course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer.
Discounts and Offers: Any promotional discounts or offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may change without notice.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling Lessons: Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and student convenience. The schedule will be confirmed via phone or email.
Cancellations: Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
School Cancellations: The Driveasy Training Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify students as soon as possible and arrange alternative sessions.
Attendance and Conduct
Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons punctually. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time.
Conduct: Students must conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors and other students. Any form of disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
Vehicle Use: Students must follow all instructions regarding the use of training vehicles. Any damage caused due to negligence or violation of instructions will be the student’s responsibility.
Safety and Liability
Safety Measures: Students must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the instructors. This includes wearing seat belts, following traffic rules, and maintaining appropriate behavior.
Liability: The Driveasy Training Lab is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during training sessions, except in cases of instructor negligence. Students are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.
Certification and Completion
Course Completion: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate is a testament to the skills acquired during the training but does not guarantee the issuance of a driving license.
Assessment: Students will be assessed throughout the course to ensure they meet the necessary driving standards. Additional lessons may be recommended if a student does not meet the required competency.
Amendments
The Driveasy Training Lab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to students. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
