Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring your satisfaction while maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional training experiences. By engaging with DTL, clients accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Delivery Commitment: If DTL commits to delivering a service within a specified time frame and fails to do so, we will provide the client with the reason for the delay.
  2. Payments and Discounts: All payment terms, waivers, and discounts are determined solely by DTL. We appreciate full payment at the time of service, but partial payments may be arranged at the discretion of DTL management.
  3. Liability for Delays: DTL is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delays in service delivery caused by natural or uncontrollable events.
  4. Client Support: Clients experiencing any issues should contact the DTL office immediately for assistance.
  5. Official Waivers: Any waiver of terms and conditions will be valid only if provided in writing by DTL.
  6. Cancellation and Deferment: Services once booked cannot be cancelled or deferred under any circumstances. Consultation and admission charges are non-refundable.
  7. GST Compliance: Clients are responsible for paying applicable GST.
  8. Fraud Prevention: In case of any fraudulent activity related to DTL, clients should report immediately to DTL management.
  9. Payment Deadlines: All payments must be cleared by the 5th class session. Refunds or adjustments will only be made at the discretion of DTL management.
  10. Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Kalpana Court, Bhubaneswar. DTL is committed to resolving disputes amicably.

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Full Refund:
    • A full refund is available if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of your training sessions.
    • If the driving school cancels your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Partial Refund:
    • If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • If you have started your training sessions and decide to cancel, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the number of sessions attended and the total cost of the training program.
  3. Non-Refundable:
    • No refund will be issued if you cancel your enrollment less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
    • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
